1. What kind of mug do you use?
Our mugs are 100% ceramic, white mugs (approximately 3.8” height x 3.2” diameter) with a handle. They are 11-ounce, microwave and dishwasher-safe mugs.
2. How are the mugs designed and made?
All designs are digitally-made by Ciara Juan, owner and creator of Mug Shop Manila. We hope in the future to partner with other local artist to showcase their work!
We do not sell mugs that may have licensing issues as we believe artists should get paid or given credit for their own work. We have acquired commercial licenses for the use of all digital elements / fonts / patterns you see on our mugs.
Mugs under go a dye sublimation process, which allow these beautiful artworks to come to life. Mug printing is done in our workshop in Quezon City, Philippines to ensure that every mug meets our quality standards.
3. Why do my mugs look different in actual or when I compare it to my monitor?
Photos might differ in actual due to several factors. One reason could be the monitor calibration. Computer monitors setting and type vary so each photo will look different when viewed across different devices. The amount of light and kind of light you are using when viewing the product may also affect the way you see colors. The sublimation process may also affect how colors are transferred on mugs.
Rest assure we quality control items that leave our studio and we will only send you mugs that are worthy of FB likes or Instagram hearts!
4. How can I order?Simply put the item/s that you want in your shopping cart and proceed to check out!
5. What are your accepted modes of payment.
We accept cash deposits or bank transfers via BPI and BDO.
6. Do you do meet ups?
Unfortunately, we do not. We might make an exception for bulk order deliveries within Metro Manila.
7. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Upon confirmation/receipt of payment, we need at least 3-5 business days (M-F) to make your mugs. Shipping within the Philippines may take 3-5 business days as well. Kindly notify us if you have a deadline and we will try our best to accommodate a rush order.
8. How much do you charge for shipping?
Handling and Shipping within the Philippines starts at Php100. This may vary depending on your total order.
9. I have my own design, do you do customised mug printing?
Yes, we do! Kindly send us details of your idea / concept and we will try to help you create them. Additional fees may apply.
If you have a layout in mind, kindly send images/ files that belong to you or have permission to use. Please do not steal other artist’s work. We may decline to print images that may violate any copyright/ licensing laws.
10. Your mugs are so pretty and I would like to re-sell your mugs! Do you have a re-seller’s package?

12. Are you a registered business?
Yes! Mug Shop Manila is a brand extension of Soul Sparks Gifts and Jewels Boutique (www.1soulsparks.com). We’ve been selling our creations locally and abroad since 2012 and this year we decided to open a separate store so we can focus on selling mugs. Well, because we love mugs!
