We do not sell mugs that may have licensing issues as we believe artists should get paid or given credit for their own work. We have acquired commercial licenses for the use of all digital elements / fonts / patterns you see on our mugs.
Mugs undergo a dye sublimation process, which allow these beautiful artworks to come to life. Mug printing is done in our workshop in Quezon City, Philippines to ensure that every mug meets our quality standards.
Photos might differ in actual due to several factors. One reason could be due to monitor calibration. Computer monitors setting and type vary, so each photo will look different when viewed across different devices. The amount of light and kind of light you are using when viewing the product may also affect the way you see colors. The sublimation process may also affect how colors are transferred on mugs.
Rest assure we quality control items that leave our studio and we will only send you mugs that are worthy of FB likes or Instagram hearts!
The design on the mugs undergo dye-sublimation process. The mugs have an anti-fade coating to ensure it will last long. However, as with any object the quality may decline depending on use and care.
To ensure that your mugs will last for a long time, we recommend that you handle the mugs carefully as they are ceramic and are breakable. Do not display under direct sunlight as the UV rays will cause the ink to fade. Store in room temperature when not in use. And although mugs are dishwasher-safe, we recommend that they be hand-washed with a soft sponge as this is a more gentle way to cleanse.
Upon confirmation/receipt of payment, we need at least 3-5 business days (M-F) to make your mugs. Shipping within the Philippines may take 3-5 business days as well. Customized and bulk orders will take longer to produce and subject to confirmation. Kindly notify us if you have a deadline and we will try our best to accommodate a rush order.

Kindly let us know your concept by explaining and giving samples of what kind of design you are looking for. Also let us know of your delivery address and if you have a deadline so we can let you know if we can accommodate your request.

We only start designing after payment has been made. Designing takes time and skill so we do not do this for free.
You can browse through our huge mug collection so you can see our design style before ordering. You may also consult with us first if we will be able to execute your idea.
Once we receive full payment for your order, we will work on the design based on our initial directive. You may have 2 revisions if you are not happy with our initial designs. Revisions should still look similar or close to original order requests so we encourage you to be clear and concise about your requests. For additional changes, additional fees may be charged to the client to cover designer’s time.
Once we have received payment, kindly allow us 1-3 business days to work on your design/s. We will email you back with a digital proof for your checking and approval.
Kindly give us 1-2 business days to email you back with your revision. Naturally, the more revisions you have or the longer your take to approve the design, the longer it will take for us to print your mug.
Once your design is approved, we need 3-7 business days to print and prepare your mug for shipping.

Shipping within the Philippines takes 1-7 business days depending on your address.
Shipping within the Philippines starts at Php160 and increases depending on quantity/ weight of your order. This shipping fee covers any labor and materials we use to ensure that your mugs are packed securely for shipping, and also to cover shipping charges of the courier.
As of the moment, we do not offer international shipping on our website. If you would like to have something sent internationally kindly contact us so we can give you an estimate cost. International shipping costs varies depending on country destination and total weight of order.
We're sorry to hear that your package was damaged by the courier! Even if we box and/or bubble wrap all orders, accidents may still occur. We are sorry for any inconveniences this has caused you!
Kindly email (email@example.com) us photo proofs of your broken item within 24 hours from delivery time so we can file a complain with the courier. We will be glad to print you a new one at our expense, however, reshipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.
If you are not happy with your purchase, kindly contact us within 7 days from receiving the item to coordinate returns. Do not send items without informing us. We will only grant refunds or exchanges for items that are returned intact or unbroken, unused, and in its proper packaging. Shipping fees for returns will be shouldered by the buyer.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized mugs as these are made specifically for you. Kindly make sure you spell check and double check customized requests before finalizing your order.
